We are focused on offering our clients comprehensive investment planning, backed by a suite of fee-based, discretionary portfolio management solutions aimed at providing long-term wealth accumulation.  Ours is an on-going, collaborative process that entails working closely with you and your other trusted advisors such as your CPA and attorney.

As your advisor, we will:

• Help you quantify your investment goals, time horizons and tolerance for risk.
• Help you choose among equity, fixed income and balanced portfolios as we identify a risk adjusted strategy that is consistent with your financial objectives.
• Manage your equity or balanced portfolio utilizing a disciplined sector strategy.  If you choose, we will recommend a third-party portfolio manager from a roster of trusted, separate account managers.  Or, if you prefer, we will recommend a suitable portfolio of third-party investments identified and managed by Wachovia Securities or its affiliates.
• Review your progress on an on-going basis.
• Provide monthly, quarterly or semi-annual reviews.
• Provide comprehensive, annual reviews, where together, we assess your progress versus plan and consider whether adjustments should be made to reflect any recent changes in your goals or financial status.  

For the convenience of our clients, we also offer a full complement, of non-discretionary, brokerage services through Wachovia Securities Financial Network.  These include but are not limited to:

• Stock, bond and mutual fund trading
• Mortgage, margin and other lending services
• IRAs and small company retirement programs
• Education savings accounts
• Risk management strategies to diversify or hedge large concentrated stock positions
• Comprehensive asset management services (monthly statements, check writing, check/credit cards, online banking with bill pay, etc.)

Insurance products are available through insurance subsidiaries of Wachovia Corporation and underwritten by non-affiliated Insurance Companies. Not available in all states.
